Anita, Teresa and Valentina have never met each other. They lived the sixties and seventies Italy, with different ages and in different cities, writing each a diary of their emotions, hopes and fights. Their real stories, told in a movie built of extraordinary images of that particular period, give a particular and lively proof of that season of fights that a lot of women carried on in their families and society, to declare their autonomy and rights.
This generation movement changed the face of the old patriarchal Italy, melting together different private events in a collective vision that had an over whelming social and cultural impact.
